REFUND CRITERIA

If you’re looking to return for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns postmarked within 5 days of receiving your order. Your item(s) will be returned for store credit. 

  • Any items must be in original packaging with all tags, unwashed, with no visible signs of wear or use.  
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customer is responsible for any shipping/restocking fees if applicable.

RETURNS PROCESS

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please send using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Make sure to include your order number and the items you would like to return on the invoice in the package. Mail your return using carrier of your choice to:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide! All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, or delays and fees due to incorrect shipping information provided. If a package is sent back due to unpaid customs, the customs cost will be held from your credit.
